The property was special with pleasant staff from the porter. The breakfast was delicious, there were incredible pastries and slices of fresh bread. It had very central location close to The Cross.

Everything was very clean - cheap rooms and rich breakfasts. The staff were attentive and caring, were waiting for us in the efficient reception. Its location was central, walking distance to Northgate.

Exceptionally nice location, lovely bed, EXCEPTIONALLY NICE breakfast. We enjoyed the convenience of the classic room, as well as an iron with ironing board, a work desk and a sitting area etc. Perfect service throughout too. Plus their wifi was great. Chilled-out base for celebrating anniversary. Restaurant here was amazing.

Great view, admirable service, nice beds. Fresh breakfast in spotless restaurant with individual atmosphere. Nothing too much trouble, thanks for an amazing stay.

Good value, optimal location, splendid views. Airy room and luxury, I loved it. Just a walk down to the tidy beach. Also, distance to Dewa Roman Experience Interactive Museum was only 1 km.

A deluxe hotel, ideal base for shopping. It's around 4-6 minutes away by foot The Botanist, good for a little drink. Moreover, we parked on-site

We really loved the continental breakfast and the fabulous staff. Thanks again to valet, you rock! Excellent cuisine...

great location and fantastic prices. 300 feet away from the hotel there is the botanist, which is a good dining choice.

Staff was all so HELPFUL. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Bella Italia that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Right place for a weekend in Chester! Even the Chester Hawarden airport was not so far.
